Mello Drops Vol. 1 Sound pack was designed entirely by Mello Effx. The sounds where hand crafted on classic vintage production gear. All the drums were built and programmed on an Akai MPC 2000xl giving you that undeniable swing. The pack is laced with smooth keys from a 1972 Fender Rhodes Seventy Three. As well as juicy sounds from vintage synths such as the amazing Roland Juno 60, Korg MS 20 Mini, Korg DW 6000, Micro Korg & Dave Smith’s Mopho. You’ll get thick bass lines from live bass guitar and funky synth bass. And finally you’ll get sprinkles of live percussion to help you build that layered texture. All the sounds and instruments were processed through an Avalon VT- 737 sp Tube compressor and an analog Mackie 32x8 mixing console this helps create that smooth lush lofi feel.
